UTILITY Program

Every winter W.E.R.I.S.E. will help a

Female Veteran with their Utility Bill

Click here for an application.  You MUST submit past due bill

with your application.  Will contact the Utility Company and pay the bill directly.  

We start accepting application 1-30 November Yearly.  In case of a special emergency fill out and send in.
